Electric Garden Prog Festival

A new festival for the North-West

PDF Print E-mail

Our inaugural festival for Progressive Rock music will take place on Thursday 19th May, Friday 20th May and Saturday May 21st at The Beat Club, Blackpool. This purpose built music venue holds in excess of 300 people.

Our festival experience will feature 12 artists with (progressive rock based) film footage in-between sets. There will be a well stocked bar (real ale downstairs), food and merchandise area. The venue will operate a wrist band system to facilitate easy movement in and out of the venue. There are bars upstairs and downstairs with wristband access. The whole building will be prog themed.

A state of the art sound system will provide a top quality listening experience.

Blackpool has one of the highest concentrations of affordable accommodation in the world and the location of the club enables easy access via tram/taxi/bus or on foot from the many hotels and guest houses on the 7 mile long promenade.

Blackpool is also served by an international airport and railway station. It has excellent motorway links to the rest of the country.
